2. Refund Policy
We strive to ensure our clients are fully satisfied with their purchase. However, since we provide a digital service (custom landing pages, dashboards, and integrations), certain terms apply.
Eligibility for Refund
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds are only applicable if no website design or development work has started.
- Projects that have begun customization or ad integrations are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Services
- Domain registrations and hosting setup costs.
- Customized development work already delivered.
- Third-party API or plugin purchases made on your behalf.
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction is completed.
For refund requests, please contact our finance team via billing@skyrek.lk with your invoice number and registered email address.
